awesome view friendly staff generous breakfast
The included breakfast was delivered right to my room. I ate it while enjoying views of the Piazza. The staff was friendly and were really good with services.
The front door was hard to find because the entrance is a small door on the second floor.

The complimentary breakfast served in the room each morning was punctual. it offered many delicious options. the staff helped us with our bags upon arrival, showing genuine warmth. the refreshments in the fridge were also complimentary. the location of this hotel is unbeatable. You step right into the vibrant atmosphere.
The entrance door proved a little tricky one evening. It delayed our entry for a short time.

i found the staff helpful and attentive. they provided a map and useful recommendations for nearby attractions. the room featured complimentary drinks in the refrigerator.. the breakfast delivered to the room was a lovely surprise, and the selection was plentiful and fresh.

excellent stay with great service
excellent value clean room refilled minibar
the value was excellent, and the room was clean. we were welcomed with a bottle of wine (such a nice touch), and the mini fridge was refilled daily with water and soft drinks. breakfast was brought to the room on a cart each day, and it was very substantial.
the front door was not easy to open late one night. we spent some time outside before someone helped us get in (they knew about the issue earlier).

the staff can arrange taxis and transportation to and from the airport , this is super convenient. the team was friendly and helpful during the duration of my stay at the premises.
